Process of application for ( Army Public School ) AWES PGT / TGT / PRT 2018 examination

This year, the AEWS will conduct online exams for PGT / TGT / PRT - approximately 8000 teacher posts of 137 Army Public Schools (APS) located in different Cantonments and Military Stations in India on November 17 and 18. Candidates can apply for this examination from October 1, 2018 to October 24, 2018. For your ease, we have listed some relevant information required by step-by-step process and filling the application form. Prior requirements before starting registration of Army Public School (APS):

Before starting the form filling process, please keep the following information ready with you:

    When registering for the APS exam, you have to enter the details of all your qualifications.
    During registration, you have to upload your scanned photo, signature and educational qualifications, so keep your scanned clear photo, signature and educational qualification documents already in advance. The size of the photo should be 140 x 160 (60 KB) and the size of the signature file should be 60 x 90 (30 KB).
    A valid e-mail id, which you will use at least for the next 6 months. While registering for the APS exam, you will be given full information on this e-mail ID only.
    A valid mobile number, as all information will be sent to the same number via SMS.
    A valid credit / debit card or net-banking statement for online payment of application fee

Step-1: Visit the official website of Army Public School (APS).

By logging on to the candidate's registration portal http://aps-csb.in, you can register online for the screening exam. The registration portal will be open from 01 October 2017 to 24 October 2018. Candidates can register on October 1, 2018, from 9am to 24th October, 2018 at 5 pm. After this registration will be closed on the portal.

Step-2: Here for the first time you will enter a new user

Here you will read the instructions carefully, accept the announcement and then you will proceed -

Step-3: Now you have to register yourself

Here you will have to enter some basic details. Please make sure that you enter the correct details on this self-registration form and verify it before clicking on the "Proceed" button on this page. Once, when you click on the "Proceed" button, you can not change any data entered on this page.

Step-4: Login ID and password

After this, you need to fill in the eligibility details for the exam, if the candidate is eligible for the exam, a unique 6 digit password will be generated and displayed on your screen. With it, it will also be sent to you via e-mail and SMS.

After this, whenever you want to log in to the registration portal, you will come in the form of an existing user and will log in with your email ID and enter the unique 6 digit password. Your registration process is completed here.

Step-5: Fill your Profession, Qualification and Experience Details

In this phase, you will have to fill in details of your profession details, eligibility details and experience details.

You can select online payment mode and then make a payment using credit card / debit card / net banking. Once the payment is successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS and after confirmation of successful payment of this amount, you can proceed with the remaining part of the registration process.

Step-7: Upload photograph, signature and document

After payment of fee, the candidates will be asked by the system to engage the following documents:

(i) Photographs and signatures - The size of the photo should be 140 x 160 (60 KB) and the size of this signature file should be 60 x 90 (30KB).

(ii) Certificate of birth date

(iii) Certificate of academic qualifications

Once you have completed the complete form, we give you a suggestion that once again click on the VIEW / MODIFY button to check the data entered. Once you are sure that the complete data entered is accurate, then you have to accept an announcement by clicking 'I AGREE'. Once, after confirmation, your form will finally be 'SUBMIT' and after SUBMIT, you can not make any changes to the data. Here you can click on the PREVIEW button to see your completed form. If you want, you can also print your completed form and make a copy for future reference.
