The woman and her family told that the BJP legislator from Unnao Kuldeep Singh Sengar and his brother had raped in June last year. The woman also said that after registering an FIR on the issue, she is being constantly threatened. The woman had earlier demanded a strong step against the BJP legislator on this matter.
The woman said in an interview with ANI, "I was raped. I have been pleading for justice for a year, but no action has been taken so far. If all the accused are not arrested then they will commit suicide. The woman said she had also gone to CM about this matter, but did not make any outcome. He said that the FIR was lodged even after lodging an FIR. "

Now the investigation of the cases has been transferred to Lucknow. BJP MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar has clearly denied the charges of the woman. In the past, he has also been a leader of Samajwadi Party and Bahujan Samaj Party. Senior police officer Rajiv Krishna in Lucknow said that the matter has been transferred to Lucknow. Only after investigation will confirm the allegations made by the woman.

He also said that the woman has accused MLA Kuldeep Singh Sanger of rape and assault. In the initial investigation, it has been found that there has been a dispute between the two sides for the last 10 to 12 years. According to the allegations of the woman, she had been raped in June last year.
